Vacant Positions & Eligibility Criteria

1. Manager (Test Operation) (PPS-09)

• No. of Posts: 01

• Maximum Age: 50 Years (Includes 5 years general relaxation)

• Qualification: 16 years Master/Bachelor degree or equivalent (at least 2nd Division) from an HEC recognized institution in any field.

• Experience: 7 years of relevant experience in test administration, coordination, staff training, and large-scale exam conduct. Must include 5 years at a managerial level. Computer-based testing experience for 10,000+ candidates is an advantage.

2. Deputy Manager (Business Development) (PPS-08)

• No. of Posts: 01

• Maximum Age: 45 Years (Includes 5 years general relaxation)

• Qualification: 16 years Master/Bachelor degree or equivalent (at least 2nd Division) from an HEC recognized institution in Business Administration (Marketing) or equivalent.

• Experience: 5 years of relevant experience, including 3 years at a managerial level.

3. Assistant Manager (Test Development / Quality Assurance) (PPS-07)

• No. of Posts: 02

• Maximum Age: 40 Years (Includes 5 years general relaxation)

• Qualification: 16 years Master/Bachelor degree or equivalent (at least 2nd Division) from an HEC recognized institution in any field.

• Preference: Candidates with qualifications in Education (Educational Training, Assessment, Testing & Measurement, Planning, Evaluation, and Research).

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in public/private sector organizations within the education sector. Proficiency in MS Office is mandatory.

4. Assistant Manager (Finance) (PPS-07)

• No. of Posts: 01

• Maximum Age: 40 Years (Includes 5 years general relaxation)

• Qualification: 16 years Master/Bachelor degree or equivalent (at least 2nd Division) from an HEC recognized institution in Business Administration (Finance) / Commerce or equivalent.

• Experience: 5 years of relevant finance experience in a reputable public/private sector organization.

5. Assistant Manager (Administration & Security) (PPS-07)

• No. of Posts: 01

• Maximum Age: 40 Years (Includes 5 years general relaxation)

• Qualification: 16 years Master/Bachelor degree or equivalent (at least 2nd Division) from an HEC recognized institution in any field.

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of administration/security experience in public/private sector organizations within the education sector. Proficiency in MS Office is mandatory.

6. Office Secretary (PPS-06)

• No. of Posts: 01

• Maximum Age: 35 Years (Includes 5 years general relaxation)

• Qualification & Experience:

  • 16 years Master/Bachelor degree or equivalent (at least 2nd Division) with 1 year of experience in a reputable public/private organization. OR

  • 14 years Bachelor/Associate degree or equivalent (at least 2nd Division) with 3 years of experience in a reputable public/private organization.

• Skills: Excellent English written and verbal communication skills, advanced knowledge of computer applications, scheduling, and meeting coordination.

7. Office Assistant (PPS-05)

• No. of Posts: 04

• Maximum Age: 35 Years (Includes 5 years general relaxation)

• Qualification: 14 years Bachelor/Associate degree or equivalent (at least 2nd Division) from an HEC recognized institution.

• Experience: 2 years of work experience in a reputable public/private organization. Advanced use of MS Office is mandatory.

8. Machine Operators (PPS-04)

• No. of Posts: 01

• Maximum Age: 30 Years (Includes 5 years general relaxation)

• Qualification & Experience:

  • 3-year Associate Diploma in Printing Graphics with 5 years of experience handling printing machines (including Heidelberg) independently. OR

  • Matric with 8 years of experience handling printing machines (including Heidelberg) independently. OR

  • Middle pass with 10 years of experience operating offset and Heidelberg machines independently.

9. Record Keeper / Record Sorter (PPS-04)

• No. of Posts: 02

• Maximum Age: 30 Years (Includes 5 years general relaxation)

• Qualification: Matriculation.

• Experience: 2 years of relevant record-keeping experience.

10. Driver (PPS-03)

• No. of Posts: 02

• Maximum Age: 30 Years (Includes 5 years general relaxation)

• Qualification: Middle Pass.

• License & Experience: Valid HTV License with at least 5 years of driving experience. Must be fully aware of different routes and locations.

Important Terms & Application Instructions

• Experience Calculation: Only experience gained after obtaining the minimum required qualification will be considered. Part-time, honorary, apprentice, and internship roles (undertaken during studies) do not count.

• Age Relaxation: The stated maximum ages already include a 5-year general relaxation. Any further relaxation will be granted strictly according to federal government rules.

• Government Employees: Candidates already serving in Government departments must apply through the proper channel.

• No Hard Copies: Applications must be submitted completely online. Do not mail hard copies of CVs or educational documents to the HEC office.
