Applications are invited from Pakistani Nationals against the PSDP funded development project titled “Prime Minister’s Scheme for Enabling Youth with Physical Challenges at HECs through Electric Wheelchairs, Laptops for Visually Impaired, Audio-Visual Aids – HEC” on contract basis.

1. Project Manager
(PPS-8)
No. of Post = 01
Max. Age: 50 Years		 Merit Master’s/Bachelors (16 years) Degree (at least 2nd Division) from HEC recognized University / Institution with five years relevant experience in Public/Private Sector organization of good repute, including three years’ experience in managerial/supervisory level. Proficiency in MS-Office and MS-Project is compulsory.
2. Office Assistant
(PPS-5)
No. of post = 01
Max. Age: 40 Years		 Punjab Graduation (14 years) (at least 2nd Division) from HEC recognized university / Institution with two years work experience in public/private sector organization of good repute. Advance use of MS Office is must.
3. Attendant (PPS-1)
No. of post = 01
Max. Age: 35 Years		 Local Based Matric with one year relevant experience.
  • “Experience” means experience gained after obtaining the minimum required qualification.
  • Applicants are required to apply online via HEC website https://careers.hec.gov.pk. No need to send hard copy of C.V. and documents.
  • Application processing fee @ Rs. 1000/- may be deposited via 1Link services using a Mobile Banking App or Mobile Wallet on the given link: https://careers.hec.gov.pk
  • Tests will be conducted at the nearest possible location of the candidates (Islamabad/Rawalpindi, Karachi, Lahore, Quetta & Peshawar).
  • All applications are processed on the basis of information/data provided by the applicants through online profile. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview.
  • No. TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in test/interview.
  • Those who are already in Government Service should apply through proper channel. Five (05) years of general age relaxation already included. Further age relaxation will be given as per Government rules.
  • The experience as part time, honorary, apprentice and interne (as a part of study) will not be considered / counted as experience.
  • Selected candidates can be posted anywhere in Pakistan.
  • HEC reserves the right to reject any or all applications without assigning any reason as well as to increase/decrease the number of vacancies as per requirement.
