Applications are invited from Pakistani Nationals for the following Project-Funded Positions on open merit under the project “Establishment of Pir Roshan Institute of Progressive Sciences & Technologies, Miranshah, North Waziristan Tribal District” on contract basis:-

1. Project Director
(PPS-10)
Number of Post = 01
Max. Age: 62 Years		 Miranshah, North Waziristan Tribal District B.Sc. (Civil Engineering) or Master in Project Management (16 years) from HEC recognized University/Institute. Minimum sixteen (16) years’ experience in public sector project management or implementation, with sound knowledge of project management and fundamentals. Preference will be given to the candidates those who successfully implemented and completed public or private sector’s similar nature projects.
2. Site Engineer (Civil)
(PPS-7)
Number of Post = 01
Max. Age: 40 Years		 Miranshah, North Waziristan Tribal District Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent (at least 2nd Division) from HEC recognized University/Institute, duly registered with PEC. Minimum five (05) years’ post-qualification experience with at least two (02) years’ experience of fieldwork. Hands-on command of Auto CAD and MS office will be preferred.
3. Accountant
(PPS-6)
Number of Post = 01
Max. Age: 40 Years		 Miranshah, North Waziristan Tribal District MBA (Finance)/CMA/BBA (Hons)/B.Com (Hons.)/16 years (at least 2nd Division) from HEC recognized University / Institution with three (03) years’ post-qualification relevant experience in private / public sector.
4. Sub-Engineer
(PPS-5)
Number of Post = 01
Max. Age: 40 Years		 Miranshah, North Waziristan Tribal District Three (03) years Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) (Civil) from recognized Institute/Technical Board and three (03) years’ post-qualification experience in relevant field.
5. Attendant
(PPS-2)
Number of Posts = 02
Max. Age: 35 Years		 Miranshah, North Waziristan Tribal District Matric with one (01) year experience. Local domicile holders will be preferred.

“Experience” means experience gained after obtaining the minimum required qualification.

  • Application processing fee @ Rs. 1000/- may be deposited via 1-Link services using a Mobile Banking App or Mobile Wallet on the given link: https://careers.hec.gov.pk.
  • Tests will be conducted at the nearest possible location of the candidates (Islamabad/Rawalpindi, Karachi, Lahore, Quetta & Peshawar).
  • All applications are processed on the basis of information/data provided by the applicants through online profile. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview.
  • No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in test/interview.
  • Those who are already in Government Service should apply through proper channel. Five (05) years of general age relaxation already available. Further age relaxation will be given as per Government rules.
  • The experience as part time, honorary, apprentice and internees (as a part of study) will not be considered / counted as experience.
  • Selected candidates can be posted anywhere in Pakistan.
  • HEC reserves the right to reject any or all applications without assigning any reason as well as to increase/decrease the number of vacancies as per requirement.
