NATIONAL PRODUCTIVITY ORGANIZATION (NPO)

HIRING OF STAFF (CONTRACT BASIS)

The National Productivity Organization (NPO) invites applications from qualified, experienced, and motivated candidates for the following positions on a contract basis, initially for two (02) years, extendable subject to satisfactory performance. All appointments will be made strictly on open merit basis.

Available Positions

1. Manager – Islamabad

No. of Posts: 01

Qualification:

  • Master’s degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline from an HEC-recognized institution

Experience:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in productivity-related project planning and implementation

  • At least 03 years of experience in project management

Age Limit:

  • 34 to 45 years

2. Deputy Manager – Karachi (01) / Islamabad (01)

Total Posts: 02

Qualification:

  • Master’s degree or Engineering / Social Sciences from an HEC-recognized university

Experience:

  • Minimum 07 years of relevant professional experience in:

    • Digitalization and automation

    • Productivity enhancement initiatives

  • At least 02 years in a management or supervisory role

Age Limit:

  • 29 to 36 years

3. Assistant Manager – Lahore

Qualification:
