About the Company:
FF Steel is a leading manufacturer of Grade 60 Steel Bars, operating large-scale production units in Lahore and Peshawar. We are currently expanding our Sales Department and seeking talented, passionate, and energetic professionals to join our team.

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Manager Corporate Sales to lead and manage corporate sales activities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales within the building materials industry and strong leadership skills to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet targets.

  • Manage and lead the corporate sales team.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.

  • Coordinate with marketing and production teams to align sales efforts.

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.

  • 5-8 years of experience in corporate sales, preferably in building materials such as steel, cement, or paint.

  • Strong communication, presentation, computer, negotiation, planning, and team management skills.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary Range: PKR 200,000 to 250,000 per month.

  • Sales Commission.

  • Company car with fuel and maintenance.

  • Provident Fund.

  • Group Life and Health Insurance.
