1. Human Resource Department

Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO)

  • Salary: Market Competitive

  • Prerequisites: MBA in HR from a recognized university with 15 to 20 years of extensive experience in HR, Labor Laws, and the Factories Act. Must have at least 5 years of experience operating as a CHRO/Head of HR managing large-scale manufacturing/industrial setups.

  • Core Mandate: Oversee all HR, Corporate Administration, and Legal functions at the executive level. Lead strategic policy formulation, embed a performance-driven corporate culture, and digitalize end-to-end HR workflows using SAP Business One (SAP B1).

Section Head HR

  • Salary: PKR 300,000 – 400,000

  • Prerequisites: Strong leadership, presentation, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills backed by deep knowledge of HR best practices and labor compliance laws.

  • Core Mandates: Manage active operations including performance management, employee engagement, corporate training & development, transfers, promotions, disciplinary inquiries, industrial relations, and separation procedures.

Officer HR - IR (Industrial Relations)

  • Salary: PKR 70,000 – 80,000

  • Core Mandate: Support daily Industrial Relations and administrative operations. Ensure strict factory/labor law compliance, manage EOBI and Social Security (PESSI) processing, maintain administrative support, and leverage intermediate MS Office/ERP systems.

Officer HR - Units

  • Prerequisites: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience managing plant or manufacturing unit HR operations.

  • Core Mandate: Oversee ground-level unit HR actions. Manage and supervise automated attendance registers, shift rosters, biometric machines, SAP entries, and localized HR administrative tasks.

Officer HR - Company Warehouses

  • Prerequisites: Minimum 2 years of experience coordinating warehouse or logistics-based HR systems.

3. Internal Audit Department

  • Core Mandates: Manage LESCO and SNGPL billing/utility reconciliations, oversee fixed asset capitalization records, execute monthly/quarterly general ledger (GL) product closures, prepare unit cost analyses, and drive quarterly Board of Management (BOM) asset reviews.

In-Charge Accounts Receivable (AR)

  • Salary: PKR 140,000 – 150,000

  • Prerequisites: MBA Finance, ACCA, or CA (Inter) with at least 3 years of focused receivable management history in a corporate manufacturing environment. SAP B1 expertise is preferred.

  • Core Mandates: Manage the aging of accounts receivable, oversee internal credit control policies, formulate cash flow forecasting, ensure IFRS compliance relative to receivables, resolve dealer/customer ledger disputes, and prepare comprehensive AR management insights.

Officer Reconciliation

  • Salary: PKR 75,000 – 90,000

  • Prerequisites: BBA, M.Com, or equivalent qualification. Strong MS Excel skills and active SAP B1 ERP experience are mandatory.

  • Core Mandates: Execute daily, weekly, and monthly commercial bank account matching, customer/vendor ledger reconciliations, and identity/resolve financial ledger discrepancies swiftly.
