Qualification & Experience

  • Master’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Management Information Systems (MIS).

  • MBA will be considered an added advantage.

  • Minimum 10+ years of proven experience serving as CIO, CITO, or IT Director in a reputable organization.

Required Expertise

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in:

  • SAP systems (S/4HANA preferred)

  • ERP transformation and enterprise systems integration

  • IT strategy development and execution

  • Digital transformation initiatives

  • Cybersecurity and IT governance

  • IT infrastructure and networking

  • Cloud computing systems

  • Leadership and management of large IT teams

Candidates with experience in the manufacturing sector will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives.

  • Lead SAP implementation and ERP system integration, preferably SAP S/4HANA.

  • Drive Industry 4.0 initiatives, automation projects, and digital transformation across operations.

  • Strengthen cybersecurity frameworks, governance practices, and data protection systems.

  • Oversee IT infrastructure, networks, cloud environments, and enterprise systems.

  • Manage IT budgets, technology investments, and vendor relationships.

  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing IT team to support business growth.
