FF Steel, a leading manufacturer of Grade 60 & 80 Steel Bars, with large-scale production facilities in Lahore and Peshawar, invites applications from talented, passionate, and energetic professionals for the Marketing Department (Customer Services Section) at its Lahore Office.

Position

Officer – Customer Services

Job Location

DHA Phase 12, EME, Multan Road, Lahore

Qualification

  • FA / BA from a recognized institution.

Experience

  • 2–3 years of relevant experience in online sales, preferably in a call center environment.

Salary

PKR 40,000 + Commission

Key Job Responsibilities

  • Manage online customer inquiries and provide prompt and professional support.

  • Promote company products and services across digital platforms.

  • Handle order processing and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.

  • Work towards achieving monthly online sales targets.

  • Interact with new and existing customers via phone calls to promote products.

  • Generate and track sales leads to support the company’s business growth.

  • Maintain proper records of customer interactions and report on lead conversion status.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to engage customers and convert leads into sales.

  • Customer-focused attitude with a proactive sales approach.
