The office of Punjab Excise, Taxation & Narcotics Control Department is announcing recruitment for vacant posts of Lady Constable on a three-year contract (extendable) with a lump-sum salary. Applications are invited on the prescribed form from eligible female candidates residing in the relevant districts of Punjab.

Eligibility Criteria

  1. Age Limit: 18–25 years + 8 years general age relaxation = Up to 33 years

  2. Education: Secondary School Certificate (Matric) from a recognized board with at least 2nd Division.

  3. Height: Minimum 5 feet 2 inches

  4. Physical Test: Must run 1.6 km within 10 minutes

Important Information

  • Recruitment will be conducted as per Punjab Government's Recruitment Policy 2022 and Contract Appointment Policy 2004.

  • Complete applications must be submitted by May 25, 2025 (by hand or via post during office hours) to:

  • Incomplete or late applications will not be considered.

Recruitment Process & Locations

Candidates will go through physical measurement, running test, written test, and interview, held at the following centers:

  • Faisalabad: For candidates from Faisalabad and Sahiwal Divisions

  • Gujranwala: For candidates from Gujranwala, Gujrat, and Sargodha Divisions

  • Multan: For candidates from Multan, Bahawalpur, and D.G. Khan Divisions

  • Rawalpindi: For candidates from Rawalpindi Division

Additional Terms and Conditions

  1. No relaxation in height, education, or age.

  2. 5% quota reserved for minority candidates.

  3. Employees of government/semi-government institutions must apply through their department with an NOC.

  4. Applicants must submit an affidavit declaring they are not involved or nominated in any FIR/criminal case.

  5. No TA/DA (Travel Allowance/Daily Allowance) will be paid.

  6. Original documents must be presented at the time of the interview.

  7. If at any stage documents are found fake or forged, the candidate's recruitment will be cancelled and legal action taken.

  8. Selected candidates may be posted in any district of Punjab.

  9. The department reserves the right to amend or cancel the recruitment process at any stage without explanation or legal challenge.
