About the Organization (Description):

The National Database & Registration Authority (NADRA), under the Ministry of Interior and Narcotics Control, Government of Pakistan, plays a pivotal role in maintaining the national identity database and ensuring secure registration services across the country.

In accordance with Regulations 9, 10, and 11 of the NADRA Employees (Service) Regulations, 2002, applications are invited online from residents of the respective Tehsils for the following positions.

Available Position (Details):

Position Title:

Junior Executive (Data Entry Operator)

Maximum Age Limit:

25 Years (including 5 years of general age relaxation)

Qualification & Experience:

• Intermediate or Equivalent qualification from a recognized board or institution.

• Preferably 1 year of relevant experience in data entry or administrative work.

• Attested degrees/certificates must be provided from HEC/respective educational boards at the time of test/interview.

Terms and Conditions (Details):

1. Eligibility:

   • Only residents of respective Tehsils (as per CNIC/Domicile) are eligible for test and interview.

2. Right of Organization:

   • NADRA reserves the right to cancel the advertised positions or accept/reject any application at any stage without assigning any reason.

3. Document Verification:

   • Candidates must bring original personal, educational, and professional documents for verification at the time of the test.

   • Requests for consideration after the specified time shall not be entertained.

4. Age Limit:

   • The 5-year general age relaxation is already included in the maximum age limit. No further relaxation will be granted.

5. Selection Process:

   • Only shortlisted candidates who qualify the test will be called for an interview.

6. Government Employees:

   • Candidates serving in Government or Semi-Government departments must provide a No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of test/interview.

7. Qualification Verification:

   • Attested copies of degrees/certificates from HEC or respective boards must be submitted at the time of test/interview.

8. False Information:

   • Candidates providing false or misleading information at any stage will be disqualified.

9. Probation Period:

   • Selected candidates will serve a six-month probation period, which may be extended based on performance.

10. Medical & Character Verification:

    • Appointment will be subject to submission of Medical Fitness and Character Certificates.

11. Transfer Policy:

    • Positions are location-specific; transfer requests will not be entertained.

12. Electronic Devices:

    • Use of mobile phones, smartwatches, or other electronic gadgets is strictly prohibited during test/interview.

13. TA/DA Policy:

    • No TA/DA will be provided for appearing in test or interview.

15. Application Deadline:
