SITUATION VACANT

Applications are invited from eligible candidates holding domicile and Permanent Residence Certificate (PRC) of District Matiari for the following vacant posts in the office of the District Education Officer (ES&HS), District Matiari. Applications must be submitted within fifteen (15) days from the date of publication of this advertisement.

Eligibility Criteria

Age Limit

  • 21 to 28 years

Qualification Requirements

For Graduate-Level Posts

  1. Bachelor’s degree (at least Second Division) from a Higher Education Commission (HEC)–recognized university.

  2. Six (06) months MS Office certificate/course from an institute recognized by the Board of Technical Education / Trade Testing Board.

For Intermediate-Level Posts

  • Intermediate (at least Second Division) with minimum 454 marks.

Mandatory Testing Requirement

  • Applicants must have passed the Graduate or Intermediate Category General Screening Test conducted by Sukkur IBA Testing Services (STS) with minimum 40% marks.

  • Candidates must possess a valid STS certificate issued by Sukkur IBA Testing Services.

Age Relaxation & Cut-Off Dates

  • For candidates who applied for the test before the announcement of Sindh Civil Servants (Appointment, Promotion & Transfer) Rules, 2024 dated 16 October 2024, age will be calculated as of 30-11-2021 (last date of application).

  • General age relaxation of 15 years shall be admissible.

  • For candidates who applied after the promulgation of the above rules, age will be calculated as of 12-05-2025, in accordance with the notification issued by Services, General Administration & Coordination Department (SGA&CD) dated 22 November 2025, Notification No. SOI(SGA&CD)5-6/2011-11.

Quota Policy

  • Recruitment shall be made in accordance with the quota policy of the Government of Sindh as applicable at the time of initial appointment.

Government Employees

  • Candidates already in Government Service must obtain a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their respective departments before applying.

  • The original NOC must be produced at the time of interview before the Departmental Selection Committee.

Terms of Appointment

  • Appointments shall be made under the Government of Sindh Recruitment Policy dated 26-04-2023, the Sindh Civil Servants Act, 1973, and rules framed thereunder, as amended from time to time.

Interview & Documentation

  • Candidates must appear before the Departmental Selection Committee with original documents as per the interview schedule uploaded on the Job Portal.

  • No TA/DA shall be admissible for appearing in the interview.
