VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT

Applications are invited from eligible male candidates holding domicile and Permanent Residence Certificate (PRC) of District Thatta, who have successfully passed the Graduation Category General Screening Test conducted by Sukkur IBA Testing Services (STS), for appointment against the following position in accordance with the prescribed qualifications and experience:

Eligibility & Application Procedure

  1. Candidates fulfilling the eligibility criteria must apply through the Government of Sindh Job Portal:

    Applicants must have passed the Sukkur IBA STS Graduation Category General Screening Test with minimum 400 marks and possess a valid STS certificate.

  2. Age relaxation for applicants shall be calculated with effect from 30-11-2021, being the original closing date of applications under Recruitment Rules 2004 (notified on 16-10-2024).
    Additionally, 05 years general age relaxation is admissible as per Services, General Administration & Coordination Department (S&GACD) notification dated 02-12-2025, bearing No. SOII (S&GACD) S-64/2011 (Part-II).

  3. Quota for initial appointment shall be observed strictly in accordance with Government of Sindh rules and policies.

  4. Candidates already serving in Government service must obtain a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their parent department prior to applying and must present the original NOC at the time of interview.

  5. Recruitment shall be made in accordance with the policy notified by the Government of Sindh on 26-04-2023, under the provisions of the Sindh Civil Servants Act, 1973, as amended from time to time.

  6. Shortlisted candidates shall appear before the Departmental Selection Committee for interview along with original documents, according to the schedule uploaded on the Sindh Job Portal.

  7. No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in the interview.
