The Government of Sindh's School Education and Literacy Department is inviting applications through SIBA Testing Service (STS) for the position of Junior Elementary School Teacher (JEST - BPS-14). Suitable candidates who meet the eligibility criteria and are permanent residents of Sindh province are encouraged to apply. The position is initially temporary but may be made permanent based on performance.

  • Required Qualification: Graduate in Science from a recognized university

  • Age Limit: 21 to 30 years

Required Documents:

  • CNIC

  • Domicile and PRC (Form-D)

  • Latest passport-size photograph

  • Academic certificates with marks sheets (in English)

  • Any additional documents, if required, must be uploaded to the application panel.

Note: English translation of academic documents is mandatory. Untranslated documents will not be accepted.

Applicants must possess a valid CNIC issued by NADRA and upload scanned copies of their credentials and application materials. The position is subject to availability within the candidate’s district.

Important Instructions:

  • Minorities and differently-abled candidates will be accommodated according to Government of Sindh rules and policies.

  • After completing the online form, candidates must pay a fee of PKR 1500 through a challan.

  • The challan can be paid at any ABL branch.

  • Alternatively, candidates may pay via designated EasyPaisa or JazzCash agents using a 100 reference number (Please ensure accurate information).

  • All applications must be submitted before the deadline.

  • Eligibility regarding age and domicile will be determined as of the last date of submission.

  • Once submitted, no corrections or updates will be accepted.

  • Incomplete, inaccurate, or late applications will be rejected.

  • Misleading information or fake documents may result in rejection or dismissal from employment at any stage.

  • Passing the written test alone does not guarantee employment; all other requirements must be fulfilled as per the STS policy.

  • STS reserves the right to increase, decrease, or reallocate the number of vacancies.

  • Age relaxation will be applied as per Sindh Government rules.

  • Applicants already serving in government positions may apply through proper channel if they meet the priority criteria.

  • Applicants must use their own and active mobile numbers; avoid using numbers transferred to another network.

  • Date, time, and venue of test will be communicated via SMS.

  • All relevant updates (test dates, results, etc.) will be available on the STS website.

  • No queries will be entertained one week before the test date.

  • No TA/DA will be provided for test/interview.

  • Last date for online application and challan submission is 20 May 2025.
