Position Announcement

Title: Junior Science Teacher (BPS-14)
Number of Vacancies: 1237
Location: All districts of Sindh
Job Type: Temporary (with potential for confirmation based on performance)
Basic Qualification:

  • Science graduate with at least 50% marks

  • Degree must be from a HEC-recognized university/institute
    Age Limit: 21–28 Years
    Domicile Requirement: Must hold a Sindh domicile and be a permanent resident of the province

Application Process

  1. Online Application Only:
    Apply through STS Portal: http://www.apply.sts.net.pk
    (Manual applications will not be accepted)

  2. Required Documents (to be uploaded):

    • CNIC (front & back)

    • Domicile

    • PRC/Form-D

    • Recent passport-size photograph

    • Academic documents including mark/percentage certificates

    • Any additional required certifications/licenses

    Note: Degrees must be completed. Appearance certificates will not be accepted.

  3. For Candidates with Disabilities:

    • CNIC with the wheelchair logo (issued by NADRA)

    • Disability certificate from DEPD

  4. Quota Compliance:

    • Quotas for minorities and persons with disabilities will be applied as per Government of Sindh policy

  5. Fee Submission:

    • After submitting the online form, download the challan (Rs.1500)

    • Pay at any ABL Bank Ltd branch, via My ABL App, or 1Bill-linked bank portal
      (Note: Fee is non-refundable)

Important Instructions

  • All documents must be issued on or before the closing date

  • Eligibility (age, qualification, domicile) will be verified as of the closing date

  • No changes in domicile/PRC after submission

  • Incomplete or late applications/documents will not be considered

  • False or misleading information will result in rejection or termination

  • Passing the test does not guarantee selection; other conditions apply

  • SE&LD reserves the right to modify the number or distribution of vacancies

  • General age relaxation will be applicable as per Sindh Government rules

  • Government employees may apply through the proper channel

  • Test-related information (date/time/venue) will be shared via SMS and STS website

  • No queries will be entertained within one week of the written test

  • No TA/DA will be given for test/interview attendance
