Government of Sindh – Job Advertisement

The District Population Welfare Office invites applications from eligible candidates for the following vacant positions. Candidates who meet the required qualifications and criteria are encouraged to apply within 15 days of the publication of this advertisement.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must fulfill the following requirements:

1. Age Requirement

  • The candidate must be at least 18 years old.

  • Age relaxation will be granted according to the Sindh Civil Servants (Relaxation of Upper Age Limit) Rules, 2004.

2. Test Requirement

  • Candidates must have passed the screening test conducted by the Sindh Testing Service (STS) or the relevant testing authority.

  • A minimum of 40 marks is required to qualify.

  • Candidates must possess a valid test certificate issued by STS, which is necessary for appointment to the advertised posts.

3. Calculation of Age

  • The age limit will be calculated according to the closing date for submission of applications.

  • However, the upper age limit may be relaxed by up to 5 years as per the relevant government notification.

4. Government Employees

  • Applicants who are already working in government service must apply through proper channel.

  • They must submit a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their department.

  • The original NOC must be presented at the time of interview.

5. Recruitment Policy

  • Recruitment will be conducted according to the Government of Sindh Recruitment Policy and the Sindh Civil Servants Act, 1973, along with its amendments and rules.

6. Documents Required

Applicants must bring original documents at the time of interview, including:

  • Educational certificates

  • CNIC

  • Domicile

  • PRC

  • STS test certificate

  • Other relevant documents

7. Preference

  • Preference will be given to candidates belonging to the same district/tehsil where the vacancy exists.

8. Allowances

  • No TA/DA (Travel Allowance / Daily Allowance) will be provided for appearing in the test or interview.
