Employment Opportunities

Under the administrative control of the Population Welfare Department, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, applications are invited on a project fixed-pay basis for the following posts under the project titled:

“Establishment of 120 Family Welfare Centers in Merged Districts (ADP Project/AIP No. 1109)”


1. Family Welfare Worker (Female)

  • Pay Scale Equivalent: BPS-09

  • Age Limit: 18–40 years

  • Total Vacancies: 120

  • Domicile: Candidates must belong to the respective merged districts/sub-divisions listed below.

District / Sub-Division Wise Distribution of Posts:

  • Bajaur – 30

  • Mohmand – 8

  • Khyber – 25

  • Orakzai – 1

  • Kurram – 16

  • North Waziristan – 9

  • South Waziristan Upper – 12

  • South Waziristan Lower – 6

  • Sub-Division FR Peshawar – 1

  • Sub-Division FR Kohat – 2

  • Sub-Division FR Bannu – 1

  • Sub-Division FR Lakki Marwat – 2

  • Sub-Division FR D.I. Khan – 3

  • Sub-Division FR Tank – 4
    Total: 120 Posts

Educational Qualification / Eligibility Criteria:

  • Secondary School Certificate (SSC) with at least Second Division from a recognized board, along with:

    • Two-year Family Welfare Worker Course from the Regional Training Institute (RTI) of the Population Welfare Department;
      OR

    • If not trained as a Family Welfare Worker from the relevant institution, then candidates holding an LHV (Lady Health Visitor) or Nursing Diploma from a government or private institution registered with the Pakistan Nursing Council (PNC) will be considered.


2. Naib Qasid / Chowkidar

  • Age Limit: 18–40 years

  • Qualification: Primary School Certificate from a recognized institution.


Recruitment Rules & Regulations

  1. No upper age relaxation will be granted under the Government’s Project Policy. Candidates exceeding the age limit should not apply.

  2. Recruitment will be carried out according to the Government’s 2022 Project Implementation Policy.

  3. Applications along with attested copies of educational certificates, experience certificates, domicile, and two passport-size photographs must be submitted within 15 days of the advertisement’s publication to the address given below.

  4. Applications received after the due date will not be considered.

  5. Candidates working in Government or Semi-Government institutions must apply through proper channel.

  6. Applicants must clearly mention their contact number and mobile number on the application for test/interview communication.

  7. Incomplete or late applications will not be entertained.

  8. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview after scrutiny of applications.

  9. Applications with incomplete, fake, or forged documents/information discovered at any stage of recruitment will be rejected, and legal action will be taken.

  10. No TA/DA (Travel Allowance/Daily Allowance) will be provided for test/interview.

  11. The duration of the post will be until the completion of the project.

  12. Age, qualification, and experience will be counted up to the closing date of the advertisement.

  13. The competent authority reserves the right to postpone or cancel the recruitment process at any stage without assigning any reason.
