Applications are invited from eligible candidates to fill the following vacant positions at the District and Sessions Court Thatta on the terms and conditions mentioned against each post:

Application Procedure

  1. For Junior Clerk (Sr. No. 1), the initial test will be conducted through National Testing Service (NTS).

  2. Candidates must apply online via the NTS website (www.nts.org.pk) within 15 days of this advertisement (i.e., by 30-06-2025).

  3. After online registration, applicants must pay a non-refundable test fee of Rs. 850 through JazzCash, TCS, UBL Omni, or ATM.

  4. For Junior Clerk, candidates must upload:

    • Copy of CNIC

    • Educational Certificates

    • Character Certificate from the last educational institute

    • Two character references from respectable non-relatives

  5. Incomplete applications or applications received after 30-06-2025 will not be entertained.

  6. Typing Test will be conducted for successful candidates under the supervision of Karachi IT Department.

  7. Candidates with disabilities must upload their CNIC bearing wheelchair logo.

  8. Female candidates are encouraged to apply and will be given equal opportunity.

  9. For posts Sr. No. 2–6, candidates must attach:

    • Four passport-size photographs

    • Educational documents

    • Domicile & PRC (Form-D)

    • Submit by 30-06-2025

  10. Separate applications should be submitted for each post.

  11. Government employees must apply through the proper channel and have a minimum of 3 years of service.

  12. Over-aged candidates may be considered if they meet the relaxation criteria.

  13. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for a written test/interview.

  14. Original documents must be presented at the time of the interview.

  15. For Junior Clerk, the merit list will be displayed on the District Court’s Notice Board and Official Website.

  16. Final selection is subject to the approval of the Honorable Chief Justice of Sindh High Court.

  17. The Election Commission’s decision in any recruitment dispute will be final.
