This internship provides participants with hands-on exposure to policy analysis, research methodologies, and public sector governance frameworks under the supervision of NIPP’s senior researchers and faculty members.

To provide practical training in evidence-based policy formulation and evaluation.

To enhance participants’ understanding of governance structures, institutional reforms, and strategic management in the public sector.

| Requirement | Details |

| Educational Qualification | Bachelor’s, Master’s, or MPhil degree in any discipline (Preference will be given to candidates from Social Sciences, Public Policy, Economics, Political Science, or related fields) |
| Academic Record | Strong academic performance with no failed or supplementary subjects |
| Commitment | Full-time availability is mandatory for the entire internship duration |
| Skills (Preferred) | Research writing, data analysis, communication, and critical thinking |
