Applications are invited for the following positions at Jinnah Medical Complex & Research Center & Company, under the Ministry of NHSR&C, Islamabad. These appointments will be made on a contract basis under a market-based pay package, either for the duration of the project or until further orders, whichever is earlier.

?? 1. Information & Technology Consultant
No. of Positions: 01
Age Limit: 50 to 63 years
Quota: Merit
? Qualification:
Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering from a recognized local or international university.
? Experience:
Minimum 20 years of experience in:
Large-scale healthcare ICT projects
Low-voltage infrastructure for hospitals
Proven track record in:
Managing SMART hospital systems
Leading digital health transformations
Familiarity with:
Major Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner)
ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
Strong understanding of international standards:
TIA/EIA, ISO, NFPA, IEEE, HTM/HBN
Certification in Facilities Management will be preferred.
?? 2. Chief Operating Officer (C.O.O.)
No. of Positions: 01
Age Limit: 50 to 60 years
Quota: Merit
? Qualification:
Medical degree from a recognized and reputable university
Master’s degree in Public Health or Management Sciences from a recognized university
? Experience:
At least 10 years of experience in senior management roles in the healthcare sector
Including 5 years in leadership positions
Preferable experience in:
JCIA-accredited hospitals
Implementation of JCIA-compliant policies and procedures
Candidates with background in reputable, large-scale healthcare institutions will be given preference.

Age will be calculated based on the last date of application submission.
