FF Steel, one of Pakistan's leading manufacturers of Grade 60 steel bars with state-of-the-art production facilities in Lahore and Peshawar, is seeking an experienced, dynamic, and results-driven professional to lead its HR & Administration Department.
?? Position Overview
The Departmental Head (HR & Admin) will oversee the company’s Human Resources, Administration, and Legal Affairs across all national operations. The role requires strategic leadership, policy development, and implementation with a strong emphasis on building a KPI-driven culture and digital transformation of processes.
?? Qualification & Experience
Education: MBA in HR from a recognized university
Experience: 15 to 20 years of progressive leadership in HR, Admin & Legal functions, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment
? Key Responsibilities
Lead HR strategy and policy formulation at the national level
Ensure compliance with labor laws and industry best practices
Drive digitalization of HR & Admin processes
Strengthen organizational culture with a performance-based approach
Oversee legal affairs and regulatory compliance
Manage general administration, security, and labor relations across all sites

In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and legal compliance
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
Exceptional communication and presentation abilities
Proven record of implementing HR tech solutions and policy reforms
