?? 1. Head – Planning & Research Department

Position Level: VP/SVP-I
Number of Positions: 01
Location: ZTBL Head Office, Islamabad

? Qualification:

Minimum Bachelor’s degree from an HEC-recognized local or international university

? Experience:

At least 10 years of experience in Banks or Financial Institutions

? Key Responsibilities:

Lead strategic research studies and policy papers on agriculture, rural development, and banking

Build linkages with academic institutions, research bodies, and agriculture departments

Conduct analytical work on food security, agricultural mechanization, climate-smart agriculture, and poverty alleviation

Supervise the preparation of the Bank’s Annual Report, Business Plan, and policy briefs

Provide input on Board agendas, maintain internal/external stakeholder liaison

Manage departmental administrative functions, budgeting, and audit compliance

Perform any additional tasks assigned by senior management

?? 2. Head – Coordination & Lease Unit

Position Level: AVP-VAVP
Number of Positions: 01
Location: ZTBL Head Office, Islamabad

? Qualification:

Minimum Bachelor’s degree from an HEC-recognized local or international university

? Experience:

Minimum 8 years of experience in Banks or Financial Institutions

? Key Responsibilities:

Oversee coordination with SBP and Prime Minister’s Portal for complaints related to Building & Works Department (B&WD)

Approve House Rent ceilings for ZTBL employees across Pakistan

Manage seniority lists for flat allotments and extension requests for retired employees

Oversee rental of surplus space at head and field offices

Handle re-hiring and branch relocation cases for field offices

Draft departmental SOPs, policies, and work manuals

Maintain departmental records including JD management, CAPEX/OPEX budgets, stationery requests, and ERP updates

Issue No Demand Certificates (NDCs) and maintain staff attendance and leave records

Perform any additional tasks assigned by management

?? 3. Officer – Coordination & Lease Unit

Position Level: OG-1
Number of Positions: 01
Location: ZTBL Head Office, Islamabad

? Qualification:

Minimum Bachelor’s degree from an HEC-recognized local or international university

? Experience:

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Banks or Financial Institutions

? Key Responsibilities:

Assist in handling house rent ceilings and flat allotment processes

Support in maintaining seniority lists and managing female hostel room allotments

Facilitate space rentals and branch relocations

Respond to debit/credit notes, electricity bills, and maintain accurate record-keeping

Draft and manage manuals, SOPs, and flat allotment policies

Prepare and issue NDCs, manage stationery, and update departmental records on ERP

Ensure accurate tracking of CAPEX/OPEX budget utilization

Perform any other duties as assigned by management

? General Eligibility Criteria

Age Limits (as of closing date):

VP/SVP-I: Up to 50 years

AVP-VAVP: Up to 45 years

OG-I: Up to 40 years

Candidates must have:

Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills

High adaptability and ability to work in collaborative environments

Proficiency in MS Office is essential

Strong reporting and documentation skills
