?? 1. Head SAM Central (VP/SVP)

Location: Lahore / Multan
Number of Positions: 01
Qualification: Bachelor's degree from HEC-recognized university (National/International)
Experience: Minimum 10 years in banking/financial institution

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and monitor infected portfolios and analyze budget vs achievements

Identify recovery gaps and take corrective actions in assigned regions

Implement effective recovery plans for branches and circles

Launch recovery campaigns through field visits and tools

Coordinate legal recovery actions through LLUs

Ensure compliance with recovery regulations and policies

Provide strategic feedback to improve internal controls

?? 2. Sr. Regional Manager Recovery (VP/SVP)

Location: Interior Sindh
Number of Positions: 01
Qualification: Bachelor's degree from HEC-recognized university
Experience: Minimum 10 years in banking/financial institution

Key Responsibilities:

Develop cluster-specific recovery strategies (covering 3-4 regions)

Minimize losses and ensure regulatory compliance

Supervise field teams and monitor defaulted accounts

Conduct regular field visits to ensure recovery collections

Identify delinquency risks and initiate timely action

Coordinate with legal teams and law enforcement agencies

Build branch staff capacity in recovery protocols

?? 3. Head Project Unit SAM (AVP)

Location: Interior Sindh / Hyderabad / Karachi
Number of Positions: 01
Qualification: Bachelor's degree from HEC-recognized university
Experience: Minimum 8 years in banking/financial institution

Key Responsibilities:

Create region-specific recovery strategies for regular and infected portfolios

Supervise default follow-ups and conduct field visits

Assess risk and coordinate legal actions

Collaborate with local authorities where required

Train staff on recovery and early warning procedures

?? 4. Regional Manager Recovery (VP-I/VP)

Location: Interior Sindh
Number of Positions: 01
Qualification: Bachelor's degree from HEC-recognized university
Experience: Minimum 10 years in banking/financial institution

Key Responsibilities:

Implement strategic recovery plans to reduce NPLs

Conduct field visits and legal coordination for recoveries

Supervise teams and ensure consistent follow-up

Liaise with local law enforcement for difficult recoveries

Train branch-level staff on recovery protocols

?? 5. Head NPL Monitoring (VP-I/VP)

Location: Islamabad
Number of Positions: 01
Qualification: Bachelor's degree from HEC-recognized university
Experience: Minimum 10 years in banking/financial institution

Key Responsibilities:

Develop policies for infected portfolio recovery management

Lead risk assessment and propose mitigation strategies

Manage and monitor NPL recovery campaigns

Ensure regulatory compliance and collaborate with internal departments

Recommend improvements in automation, efficiency, and internal processes

Age Limit:

SVP/VP: Up to 50 years

AVP: Up to 45 years (as of closing date)

Skills Required:

Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and adaptability skills

Proven leadership and teamwork capabilities

Other Requirements:
