Vacant Positions and Details

1. Shariah Scholar (AVP-V/AVP)

Number of Posts: 1
Maximum Age: 45 years
Experience:

• Minimum 4 years’ experience giving Shariah rulings, including Takhassus fi Ifta, OR

• Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience in teaching or research in Islamic Banking & Finance.

• Preference: Candidates with certification in Takhassus fil Figh / Takhassus Ifta.
  Qualification:

• Shahadat ul Aalamiyyah (Dars e Nizami) or equivalent + Bachelor’s degree OR

• Postgraduate degree in Kulliyyatush Shariah or Kulliyyah Usooluddin OR LLM (Shariah) from a recognized university.
  Job Responsibilities:

• Review product proposals, agreements, contracts, manuals, process flows, and submit to Shariah Board.

• Conduct research & analysis on Shariah issues under SBP guidance.

• Respond to Shariah-related queries from clients in coordination with stakeholders.

• Ensure rectification of compliance issues identified by Shariah Board or SBP inspection reports.

2. Procurement Specialist (OG-OG-4)

Number of Posts: 3
Maximum Age: 40 years
Experience:

• Minimum 3 years in public or financial organizations.

• Preference: Experience in public procurement, civil works, contract management, EPADS.
  Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree from HEC-recognized institute/university.

• PPRA certification preferred.
  Job Responsibilities:

• End-to-end procurement of goods, services, and consultancy per PPRA rules.

• Manage RFP preparation, tendering, bid evaluation, negotiations, contract award, vendor performance.

• Maintain documentation, audit trails, and timely execution of committee decisions.

• Vendor management, grievance handling, and contract compliance.

3. Para-Medical Staff

Number of Posts: 1
Maximum Age: 35 years
Experience: Minimum 3 years as Male Nurse / Pharmacist in relevant field
Qualification:

• BS Nursing (registered with Pakistan Nursing Council) OR

• D Pharmacy / B Pharmacy.
  Job Responsibilities:

• Verify and scrutinize medical bills.

• Assist Senior Medical Officers in routine checkups.

• Maintain emergency medicine records.

• Coordinate with panel hospitals and manage reimbursement rates.

4. Call Center Agents (OG-IV)

Number of Posts: 17 (Islamabad-14, Lahore-3)
Maximum Age: 35 years
Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree from HEC-recognized institute/university.
  Technical & Professional Skills:

• Proficient in English and Urdu communication.

• Familiarity with computer systems and software.
  Job Responsibilities:

• Handle customer complaints/queries over the call.

• Follow communication scripts; identify customer needs and provide solutions.

• Build sustainable customer relationships.

• Monitor daily transactions, system uptime, and integration with banking platforms.

• Perform duties on weekends/public holidays as assigned.
