Job Title:

Head Coordination (CEO’s Secretariat)

Company:

FF Steel
A leading manufacturer of Grade 60 Steel Bars with large-scale production units in Lahore and Peshawar.

Job Location:

Head Office, Peshawar

Salary Package:

PKR 100,000 to 150,000

Required Qualification:

  • BBA or B.Sc. Engineering

Experience:

  • 3 to 7 years of relevant experience in a corporate environment

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist the CEO in high-level meetings

  • Analyze vital numbers and data

  • Create impactful business reports

  • Maintain the CEO’s daily schedule

  • Manage documentation and filing

  • Handle email and letter correspondence

  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders

  • Schedule and coordinate meetings

  • Record and maintain Minutes of Meetings (MoM)

  • Perform follow-ups on assigned tasks

  • Ensure office decorum

  • Manage guests and office hospitality

Required Skills:

  • Strong multitasking abilities

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Proficiency in computer applications (MS Office etc.)

  • Ability to work under high pressure and in a fast-paced environment

  • Proactive approach to problem-solving
