2 Head of Window Takaful Operations (MSPS-6/7) Max 50 years ACII with =6 years in general insurance or takaful, including =4 years in takaful operations OR Master’s/Bachelor’s (16 years) in relevant field with =8 years experience including =4 years in takaful operations. 01
3 Head of Claims (MSPS-6/7) Max 50 years ACII with =6 years in Claims department OR Master’s/Bachelor’s (16 years) with =8 years in Claims department of general insurance/takaful or broker. 01
4 Head of Treaty (MSPS-6/7) Max 50 years ACII with =6 years in reinsurance OR Master’s/Bachelor’s (16 years) with =8 years in reinsurance department. 01
5 Head of Risk Management (MSPS-6/7) Max 45 years ACII with =6 years in insurance/takaful OR Master’s/Bachelor’s (16 years) with =8 years experience including =4 years in Risk Management Department. 01
6 Assistant General Manager – Taxation (MSPS-5) Max 45 years CA, CMA, ACCA or Master’s/Bachelor’s (16 years) in Accounting/Finance with =7 years in taxation/tax-related functions. Diploma/certification in Pakistani tax laws preferred. 01
7 Assistant General Manager – Corporate / Board Secretariat (MSPS-5) Max 45 years MBA (Finance), CA, CMA, ACCA, or Master’s/Bachelor’s (16 years) in Accounting, Finance, Commerce with =7 years experience in corporate governance, board secretariat, regulatory compliance, or risk/finance functions. Additional certifications (ICSP, CPA, PIPFA) preferred. 01
