Pakistan Reinsurance Company Limited (PRCL) under the administrative control of Ministry of Commerce Government of Pakistan invites applications for the following posts. Candidates possessing the following Qualification & Experience may apply:

1 Chief Internal Auditor
  1. A member of a recognized body of professional accountants with at least five years of relevant experience in the field of audit or finance or compliance function and is a
    • certified internal auditor: or
    • certified fraud examiner: or
    • certified internal control auditor; or
  2. A person holding master's degree in finance from a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission with at least ten years of relevant experi­ence in the field of audit or finance or compliance function. Preference will be given to candidates having following experiences.
  3. Familiarity of implementation of IFRS 17;
  4. Experience as key officer (in fields of audit or finance or compliance) in insurance industry;
  5. Experience in public sector and professional know-how of public sector working structure;
  6. Knowledge of dealing with public procurement and know-how of PPRA Rules/Regulations;
  7. Exposure to ERP environment;

2 Chief Financial Officer
  • A member of a recognized body of professional accountants with at least five years managerial experience in the fields of audit or accounting or in managing financial or corporate affairs functions of a company having total assets of five billion rupees or more; or
  • A person holding master's degree in finance from a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission with at least ten years of managerial experience in fields of audit or accounting or in managing financial or corporate affairs functions of a company.
Preference will be given to candidates having following experiences.
  • Experience of implementation of IFRS 17.
  • Experience as key officer (fields of audit or accounting) in Insurance industry.
  • Experience in public sector and professional know-how of public sector working structure.
  • Experience of dealing with public procurement and know-how of PPRA Rules/Regulations.
  • Exposure to ERP environment.
