PAKISTAN REINSURANCE COMPANY LIMITED (PRCL)

VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT

Pakistan Reinsurance Company Limited (PRCL), operating under the administrative control of the Ministry of Commerce, invites applications for the post of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) on a contractual basis.

Position: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Key Specifications & Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all financial operations and strategic financial planning of the company.

  • Lead financial reporting, risk management, budgeting, and internal controls.

  • Provide advisory on investments, taxation, and corporate governance.

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements relevant to reinsurance operations.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Minimum 20 years of post-qualification relevant experience, with at least 5 years as Chief Financial Officer in a State-Owned Enterprise (SOE) or public listed company.

  • Membership of a recognized professional accountancy body (e.g., ICAP, ACCA, CIMA, etc.) is required.

Age Limit:

  • Maximum 57 years as of the closing date of the application.

Terms of Appointment:

  • The appointment is on a contract basis, initially for two years, extendable subject to satisfactory performance.
