CAREER OPPORTUNITIES IN BANKING

The Punjab Provincial Cooperative Bank Limited (PPCBL)

Position: Group Head – Customer Strategy, Products & Transformation

Number of Positions: 01
Location: Lahore

Qualification

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree from an HEC-recognized university or a reputable foreign university

Experience

  • Minimum 10 years of post-qualification experience in banking or a financial institution

  • At least 05 years of senior management experience in a leadership role

Roles & Responsibilities

Customer & Product Strategy

  • Develop and execute an enterprise-wide customer and product growth strategy aligned with revenue and profitability objectives

  • Lead strategic planning for customer experience transformation and identification of new business opportunities

  • Oversee the complete product lifecycle, including positioning, pricing, and go-to-market strategies

  • Build strategic alliances with fintechs and business partners to create synergies for business growth

  • Drive innovation initiatives, pilots, and prototype testing for future growth areas

Customer Experience & Market Insights

  • Oversee end-to-end customer experience strategy, ensuring seamless, consistent, and high-quality interactions across all customer touchpoints

  • Lead market research, competitor analysis, customer behavioral studies, and trend monitoring

  • Provide strategic insights on pricing, market entry, and product positioning

  • Design, implement, and manage loyalty programs, rewards structures, and customer engagement initiatives

Sales Strategy & Performance Management

  • Develop and implement sales strategies for Branch Banking and digital channels aligned with customer insights and market potential

  • Partner with business units to define sales targets, incentive structures, KPIs, and performance frameworks

  • Enhance productivity through sales promotion campaigns and market storming activities

  • Support field teams through product training and capacity building

Data Analytics & Decision Support

  • Build and lead a robust analytics framework to enable data-driven decision-making

  • Develop performance dashboards, predictive analytics, and revenue insights

Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills

  • Strong adaptability, leadership, and teamwork capabilities
