Directorate of Expanded Program on Immunization (EPI)

Job Opportunities

The Health Department, Government of Sindh, under the Directorate of Expanded Program on Immunization (EPI), invites applications from suitable male and female candidates having domicile of Sindh Province for various contract-based positions.

These positions are offered under the Sindh Health Support Program (SHSP), a project funded/assisted by the World Bank, and are purely on a fixed-pay contract basis, extendable based on satisfactory performance.

Applications must be submitted online through the Sindh Testing Service (STS) website.

Available Positions

1. Financial Management Officer (01 Post)

  • Location: Sindh Province
  • Age Limit: Up to 30 years (relaxation as per Government of Sindh policy)

Required Qualification:

  • Postgraduate degree in Commerce or Finance
  • MBA (Finance) from HEC-recognized institution
  • OR CA / ACCA
  • OR Bachelor’s degree (BBA/B.Com) with relevant experience

Experience & Skills:

  • Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience in public or private sector (preferably financial sector)
  • Experience in community-driven development preferred
  • Knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), especially Cash Basis IPSAS, is an advantage
  • Strong command of MS Office and accounting software

2. Training Officer (01 Post)

  • Location: Sindh Province
  • Age Limit: Up to 30 years (relaxation as per Government policy)

Required Qualification:

  • Postgraduate degree in:
    • Social Sciences
    • Public Health
    • Project Management
    • OR any related field (HEC-recognized)

Experience & Skills:

  • Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience at national or provincial level
  • Experience in program planning and training delivery
  • Experience in community-based research and social development sector preferred
  • Prior experience in World Bank-funded projects is an advantage

General Terms & Conditions

  1. Only eligible candidates will be called for the written test.
  2. Detailed qualifications and experience requirements are available on the STS website.
  3. Age relaxation will be granted as per Government of Sindh rules.
  4. No TA/DA will be provided for test/interview.
  5. Test date, time, and venue will be communicated via SMS and STS website.
  6. Minimum passing marks in STS test: 50%.
  7. Candidates must hold Sindh domicile.
  8. Test fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
  9. Government employees must apply through proper channel.
  10. Recruitment will follow quota policy:
  • 15% for women
  • 5% for differently-abled persons
  • 5% for minorities
  1. Competent authority reserves the right to:
  • Increase/decrease vacancies
  • Cancel the advertisement without reason
  1. Candidates must bring original documents and attested copies at the time of interview:
  • Educational certificates
  • CNIC
  • Domicile/PRC
  1. If any document is found fake or bogus, the candidature will be cancelled.
  2. Contract may be terminated based on unsatisfactory performance.
