The Health Department, Government of Sindh under the Sindh Human Capital Investment: 1000 Days Integrated Health and Population Program invites applications from qualified candidates holding domicile of Sindh province for the following contractual positions or by transfer in the Program Management Unit (PMU).

All positions are offered initially for one year and may be extended based on satisfactory performance and project requirements.


?? Available Positions & Eligibility Criteria

?? 1. Financial Management Specialist

Vacancies: 01

Age Limit: Up to 50 Years

Qualification:

Postgraduate degree in Commerce or Finance, or MBA (Finance) from an HEC-recognized institution.

OR CA/ACCA qualified candidates.

OR By transfer from officers of Federal/Provincial Government with minimum 7 years of relevant experience through a competitive process.

Experience:

Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience in the public or private financial sector.

Experience with payroll processing software is an added advantage.

Preference will be given to candidates with community-driven development experience.

Familiarity with Cash Basis IPSAS and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) is preferred.

Proficiency in MS Office and relevant accounting software.


?? 2. Procurement Specialist

Vacancies: 01

Age Limit: Up to 50 Years

Qualification:

Postgraduate degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business, Economics, Commerce, or related field from an HEC-recognized university.

Experience:

Minimum 5 years of relevant post-qualification experience.

Prior experience working on World Bank-funded or donor-funded projects is essential.

Exposure to procurement of goods, IT, and consultant services is highly desirable.


?? 3. Communication & Media Specialist

Vacancies: 01

Age Limit: Up to 50 Years

Qualification:

Postgraduate degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field from an HEC-recognized institution.

Experience:

Minimum 5 years in media relations, communications, or public relations, preferably in the development sector.

Proven ability to develop and implement large-scale communication strategies.

Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and content creation.

Excellent writing, editing, and interpersonal communication skills.

Experience working with media houses, organizing press events, and managing media inquiries.


?? 4. Environment Officer

Vacancies: 01

Age Limit: Up to 45 Years

Qualification:

Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field from an HEC-recognized institution.

Experience:

Minimum 3 years of experience in managing environmental and health/safety risks, preferably in international donor-funded projects involving civil works.

Strong knowledge of World Bank EHS Guidelines, local environmental policies, and Environmental and Social Management Frameworks (ESMF).

Excellent oral/written communication and computer skills.


?? 5. Procurement Assistant

Vacancies: 01

Age Limit: Up to 45 Years

Qualification:

16 years of education in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business, Economics, or Commerce from an HEC-recognized university.

Experience:

At least 3 years of relevant experience in procurement or administrative roles.

Preference for those with experience in donor-funded projects or public health sectors.

Familiarity with procurement policies and procedures in line with World Bank and other donor agencies.


?? 6. Office Assistant

Vacancies: 01

Age Limit: Up to 45 Years

Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Health Administration, or related field.

Experience:

At least 2 years of experience in program support and administrative functions.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Strong organizational and communication skills.
