HAYATABAD MEDICAL COMPLEX, PESHAWAR

VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT

Applications are invited for the following position at Medical Teaching Institution (MTI), Hayatabad Medical Complex, Peshawar. Candidates must possess domicile of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa / Merged Districts and fulfill the eligibility criteria given below.

Position Details

Finance Director

  • Number of Posts: 01

  • Gender: Male / Female

  • Contract Period: 03 years (re-appointment subject to satisfactory performance)

Qualification & Experience

Applicants must meet one of the following criteria:

  1. Chartered Accountant (CA) with minimum 05 years post-qualification experience in a major public or private sector organization/institution
    OR

  2. ICMAP-certified professional (Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of Pakistan)
    OR
    Master’s degree in Finance / Accounts with minimum 08 years post-qualification experience in a major public or private sector organization/institution

Responsibilities

  • Responsibilities shall be performed in accordance with the MTI Reform Act, 2015, and relevant rules and regulations as amended from time to time.

    Along with:

    • Bank Draft / Payment Order of Rs. 2,000/- in favour of Hospital Director, MTI-HMC

  2. Applications must be accompanied by:

    • Complete bio-data

    • Attested copies of academic certificates, experience certificates, and domicile

    • Two (02) recent passport-size photographs

    • Attested copy of CNIC

  3. Applications must be submitted within 15 days of the publication of this advertisement on the prescribed application form.

  4. Applications received after the due date—even if couriered earlier—will not be entertained.

  5. Candidates who have already applied need not apply again.

  6. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview. Shortlisting will be based on pre-interview marks.

  7. Appointment shall be governed under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Medical & Teaching Institutions Reform Act, 2015, and relevant rules/regulations.

  8. Applications from civil servants must be accompanied by a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the parent department.

  9. A civil servant selected for the post must submit proof of accepted resignation within 90 days of joining, failing which services shall be terminated without notice.

  10. If the closing date falls on a public holiday, the next working day shall be considered the closing date.

  11. Experience marks will be awarded only for relevant experience in Finance or Accounts.

  12. A candidate may be disqualified if he/she:

  • Has been convicted by a court of law

  • Has been dismissed from public service

  • Provides false or misleading information

  • Conceals information leading to disqualification

  • Attempts to influence the selection process

  • Submits forged or tampered documents

  • Misbehaves during the interview

  1. Original documents must be produced at the time of interview.

  2. The competent authority reserves the right to cancel the post as per MTI-HMC requirements.

  3. No TA/DA will be admissible for test/interview.
