Peshawar Services Club (PSC) is looking for a young and talented Executive Chef for their culinary team.

Job Details:

Post Responsibilities Qualification
Executive Chef - Creating and executing innovative and high-quality culinary dishes. - Culinary degree or equivalent from a recognized institution.
  - Overseeing and managing the kitchen staff, including hiring and training. - Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-end restaurant or club.
  - Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. - Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  - Developing and updating the restaurant’s menu to maintain a creative and diverse offering. - Excellent culinary skills with creativity in designing new dishes.
  - Managing inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling food costs. - Proficiency in kitchen management software or tools.
  - Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment. - Knowledge of food safety regulations and quality control.
  - Collaborating with management to deliver an exceptional dining experience for club members. - Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
