Position: Marketing & Sales Team Leader

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated marketing professional to prepare, lead, and manage our Sales & Marketing team. The successful candidate will play a key role in achieving our business growth targets and expanding our presence in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage the Sales & Marketing team.

  • Develop and implement strategic marketing and sales plans for medical devices and surgical disposables.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare units.

  • Monitor sales performance and implement initiatives to achieve targets.

  • Represent the company professionally at events, exhibitions, and client meetings.

Eligibility / Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Marketing & Sales of medical products or healthcare equipment.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.

  • Knowledge of the regional healthcare market will be preferred.
