PARC Agrotech Company (Pvt.) Ltd., a reputable Public Interest Company, invites applications from highly qualified, dynamic, and result-oriented professionals for appointment to the position of Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Educational Qualification

  • Master’s Degree in Agricultural Sciences, Livestock Sciences, Agribusiness, Agricultural Economics, or Business Administration from an HEC-recognized university.

Professional Experience

  • Minimum ten (10) years of relevant professional experience.

  • Preference will be given to candidates with experience in:

    • Public sector organizations

    • Public Interest Companies

APPOINTMENT & COMPENSATION

  • The appointment will be made on a contract basis for an initial term of three (03) years, extendable subject to satisfactory performance.

  • A competitive, market-based remuneration package will be offered, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
