1. Avionics / Electrical Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, integrate, test, and maintain avionics and electrical systems.

• Support system troubleshooting and performance optimization.

• Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Avionics Engineering or Electrical Engineering.

• 2–3 years of relevant professional experience (preferred).

2. Airframe / Mechanical Engineer

Pay Scale: E-IV (Assistant Manager)

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, analyze, and maintain aircraft airframes and mechanical systems.

• Ensure structural integrity and airworthiness of aircraft components.

• Participate in inspections, repairs, and performance evaluations.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.

• 2–3 years of relevant professional experience (preferred).

3. Software Engineer

Pay Scale: Rs. 105,000/- to Rs. 180,000/- (Equivalent to SPS-08)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end software design, development, validation, and deployment.

• Provide ongoing support and maintenance of software applications and systems.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable solutions.

Qualifications & Experience:

• BS in Software Engineering or Computer Science.

• 2–3 years of relevant professional experience (preferred).

4. Mechatronics Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, integrate, and test mechatronic systems.

• Perform CAD modeling and MATLAB-based analysis.

• Develop and test programs using C++ / C.

• Work with IC-based systems and demonstrate basic knowledge of 2-stroke EFT engines.

Qualifications & Experience:

• BE in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or Electronics Engineering.

• 2–3 years of relevant professional experience (preferred).
