Islamabad Club invites applications from qualified and experienced professionals for the following position:

Position

Executive Chef

Qualification and Experience

Candidates applying for the position must meet the following requirements:

  • Minimum 15 years of progressive culinary experience in the hospitality industry.

  • At least 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a well-known:

    • Hotel

    • Club

    • Restaurant

Preferred Qualifications

  • International culinary certification.

  • Overseas professional culinary experience.

Required Skills and Expertise

The candidate must demonstrate the following competencies:

Culinary Expertise

  • Expertise in preparing a wide range of cuisines, including:

    • Continental cuisine

    • Asian cuisine

    • Pakistani cuisine

Management and Leadership Skills

  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.

  • Excellent organizational and menu planning skills.

Professional Knowledge

  • Knowledge of modern culinary trends.

  • Familiarity with advanced kitchen technology.

  • Understanding of food safety standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

  • Leading and managing all kitchen operations.

  • Planning and developing menus for different outlets.

  • Supervising food preparation and presentation.
