Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical or relevant discipline).
Required Experience: 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in After Sales Operations, preferably within the Automotive or Electric Two-Wheelers industry.
Core Competencies: Strong leadership, professional communication, and policy development skills. Experience managing multi-location teams is highly preferred.
Role Overview:
Develop and implement nationwide after-sales policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and service standards.
Manage the network of regional operations to ensure service excellence, optimize the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI), and implement CRM systems.
Monitor critical after-sales KPIs including First-Time-Fix Rate (FTFR), Turnaround Time (TAT), and warranty claims through active field audits, technical training sessions, and executive management reporting.
Salary: PKR 160,000 – 180,000
Educational Qualification: Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering OR an MBA in Supply Chain Management.
Required Experience: 4 to 5 years of hands-on experience in imports and local sourcing, ideally within the Automotive or Electric Two-Wheelers industry.
Preferred Knowledge: Preference will be given to candidates with deep knowledge of EV bikes/scooters and automotive supply chain dynamics.
Role Overview:
Oversee the procurement of Completely Knocked Down (CKD) units, specialized EV components, and cross-border import operations.
Manage end-to-end import documentation and processes, including Proforma Invoices (PI), Commercial Invoices (CI), Bills of Lading (BL), Letters of Credit (LC), customs clearance operations, and shipping logistics.
Execute ERP-based inventory planning (preferably leveraging SAP Business One).
Coordinate cross-functionally with Sales, Production, R&D, and After-Sales teams to ensure timely raw material availability and seamless supply chain flow.
