Location: Emaar DHA Phase 5, Sector E, Islamabad

Position: Facility Manager

Salary: Rs. 150,000 per month
Timings: 10:00 AM to 06:00 PM
Age Limit: 40–50 years
Eligibility: Retired Majors (or above) from the Armed Forces, as well as qualified civilians, are encouraged to apply.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in facility operations, maintenance, and administration.
Skills Required: Strong expertise in budgeting, vendor management, HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) compliance, and team leadership.

Building Operations: Overseeing core building systems including HVAC, generators, electrical, water, and fire fighting systems.
Maintenance Programs: Implementing preventative maintenance schedules to minimize operational downtime.
Financial & Vendor Management: Managing facility budgets, vendor contracts, and rent activities.
HSE Compliance: Ensuring strict adherence to safety, environmental, and compliance regulations.
Security Coordination: Ensuring overall site safety and security, coordinating closely with security and allied teams.
Administration & Assets: Supervising day-to-day administrative tasks, asset management, and minor civil works.
Reporting: Managing space planning and delivering routine facility reports to the senior management.
Ad-Hoc Duties: Performing any other tasks assigned by the management.
