Towellers Limited is seeking a disciplined and experienced individual to oversee and manage security operations across all of its company units in Karachi.

### Job Requirements

Candidates wishing to apply must meet the following criteria:

  • Background: Must have an Army background (Retired Army personnel preferred).

  • Experience: Minimum 5 to 10 years of relevant security management experience within a large organization.

  • Physical & Personal Attributes: Must be physically fit, highly disciplined, and possess strong leadership and administrative skills.

  • Core Skills:

    • Excellent reporting and communication skills.

    • Proven ability to manage security personnel, surveillance systems, gate controls, and emergency response situations.

### Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

  • Supervising all daily security operations across multiple company units.

  • Ensuring the strict implementation of corporate security policies and procedures.

  • Monitoring entry/exit access controls and maintaining overall staff discipline.

  • Conducting regular security inspections and handling incident investigations.

  • Coordinating directly with senior management on all safety and security matters.
