General Conditions & Important Instructions

  1. Application Submission: Applications must be submitted on the prescribed form along with:

    • Two passport-size photographs.

    • Attested copies of educational certificates.

    • Domicile certificate.

    • Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC).

  2. Application Deadline: Applications must be sent to the address below by 30th August 2026. Incomplete applications or those received after the due date will not be accepted.

  3. Mailing Address: 116 Ordnance Unit, Rehman Lane, Near PSO Petrol Pump, Shalimar Bridge, Lahore Cantonment.

  4. Age Limit:

    • General age limit: 18 to 30 years.

    • Upper age relaxation will be applied as per Government policy.

    • For retired Armed Forces personnel, age relaxation up to 45 years is applicable.

  5. Quotas: Government policies will be applied for Women (10%), Minorities (5%), and Disabled (2%) quotas.

  6. Shortlisting: Only eligible and shortlisted candidates will be called for the test/interview via telephone/message on the scheduled date.

  7. Display of List: The list of eligible and shortlisted candidates will be displayed at the gate of 116 Ordnance Unit, Lahore Cantt, 3-4 days before the test/interview date.

  8. Mobile Phones & Electronic Devices: Candidates are not allowed to bring mobile phones or any electronic devices inside the unit during the test/interview.

  9. Original Documents: Candidates must bring all original documents (educational certificates, domicile, CNIC) at the time of the test/interview.

  10. TA/DA: No TA/DA will be given to candidates appearing for the test/interview.
