Applications are invited from suitable candidates. holding a valid Domicile and Permanent Residence Certificate (PRC) of District Karachi Central to fill the following vacant posts in the District & Sessions Court, Karachi Central. Candidates must fulfill the eligibility criteria and other requirements prescribed for the respective posts.

1. Candidates applying for the above-mentioned posts shall submit their applications on the prescribed application form, duly completed and accompanied by attested photocopies of their CNIC, educational certificates/documents (as prescribed for the respective post), Domicile, PRC, and two (02) recent passport-size photographs. Applications may be submitted either by hand or through registered post, addressed to the “District & Sessions Judge, Karachi Central”. The last date for submission of applications is 31.07.2026.

2. Applications received after the prescribed closing date, or those that are incomplete or do not fulfill the prescribed requirements, shall not be entertained.

3. Candidates applying for more than one post shall submit a separate application for each post.

4. In case of Government servants who have served in connection with the affairs of the Federation or the Government of Sindh for a continuous period of not less than three (03) years, the upper age limit shall be thirty (30) years, in accordance with the Sindh Judicial Staff Service Rules, 1994. Such candidates shall apply through the proper channel and must submit a valid No Objection Certificate (NOC) issued by their respective department/employer. Failure to produce the requisite NOC shall render the application liable to rejection.

5. Five percent (5%) quota is reserved for persons with disabilities. Such candidates, shall submit a valid Disability Certificate along with a Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC) bearing the wheelchair logo issued by NADRA.

6. Twenty percent (20%) quota is reserved for the children of deceased, retired, or serving employees of the Judicial District Karachi Central, in accordance with the applicable rules.

7. Female candidates are encouraged to apply and shall be provided equal opportunity in the recruitment process.

8. The list of eligible candidates, along with the schedule for the written test and/or interview to be conducted by the Departmental Selection Committee, shall be published on the official website of the District & Sessions Court, Karachi Central (https://districtcourtskarachicentral.gos.pk/) and displayed on the Notice Board of this Court.

9. At the time of the interview, candidates shall produce their original documents, including a Character Certificate issued by the Principal/Head of the educational institution last attended, together with Character Certificate from a respectable person (other than relative) who is well acquainted with the candidate’s character and antecedents.

10. No TA/DA shall be admissible for appearing in the written test and/or interview.

11. Any attempt to influence the selection process, directly or indirectly, shall render the candidate liable to disqualification.

12. The decision of the Departmental Selection Committee shall be final.

13. This Office reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of advertised posts at any stage of the recruitment process.

14. This Office further reserves the right to cancel, withdraw, modify, or postpone the recruitment process or any of the advertised posts, wholly or partly, at any stage, without assigning any reason.
