MEDICAL & TEACHING INSTITUTION

HAYATABAD MEDICAL COMPLEX (HMC) / KGMC, PESHAWAR

VACANCIES ANNOUNCEMENT

Applications are invited from eligible candidates (male and female) from all over Pakistan for the following positions at Medical & Teaching Institution (MTI), Hayatabad Medical Complex / KGMC, Peshawar and its constituent units, subject to the terms and conditions given below.

AVAILABLE POSITIONS

1. Director – Supply Chain Management

• Number of Posts: 01

• Gender: Male / Female

• Salary Package: Rs. 400,000/- to Rs. 500,000/- per month

Qualification:

• Master’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Public Administration.

Preferred / Additional Weightage:

• MS / MBA with specialization in Supply Chain Management

• International certification in Supply Chain Management / Procurement / Logistics

Experience:

• Minimum 10 years experience in Supply Chain / Procurement / Material Management

• Preferably in Public Sector Hospitals (500+ beds)

Senior Leadership Experience:

• Minimum 05 years in a senior managerial role (Director / Head / Manager SCM)

2. Chief Internal Auditor

• Number of Posts: 01

• Gender: Male / Female

• Salary Package: Rs. 400,000/- to Rs. 500,000/- per month

Minimum Qualification:

• CA / ACCA / ICMA / CIMA / MBA (Finance)

Preferred / Additional Weightage:

• Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) from Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA – USA)

Experience:

• For CA / ACCA / ICMA / CIMA:

  • Minimum 07 years relevant experience, including 03 years in Internal Audit

• For MBA (Finance):

  • Minimum 10 years experience, including 04 years in Internal Audit

Preference:

• Experience in Public Sector Hospital / Health Care Organization

Senior Leadership Experience:

• Minimum 04 years in senior management role (Director / Head / Manager)

3. Manager – Facilities (Contract)

• Number of Posts: 01

• Gender: Male / Female

Qualification:

• Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Environmental Sciences, or equivalent from a recognized university

Experience:

• Minimum 06 years post-qualification experience in a managerial or administrative role within service industries related to facility management

Preference:

• Candidates with experience in Hospital or Hospitality Industry

Additional Skills Required:

• Strategic planning for:

4. Manager – Quality Assurance (Contract)

• Number of Posts: 01

• Gender: Male / Female

Qualification & Experience:

• Master’s Degree in Social Sciences or Administrative Sciences with minimum 05 years experience as a Quality Assurance professional, preferably in a reputed hospital
  OR

• MBBS with relevant Quality Assurance experience

Preferred:

• Quality Assurance certification from a recognized institute

   • Bank Draft / Payment Order of Rs. 2,000/- in favor of Hospital Director, MTI-HMC
     OR

   • Direct deposit in Bank of Khyber, HMC Branch

3. Complete application must include:

   • Bio-data

   • Attested copies of academic, experience & domicile certificates

   • CNIC copy (attested)

   • Two (02) recent passport-size photographs

4. Applications must be submitted within 15 days of publication of this advertisement.

5. Applications received after the due date will not be entertained, even if the fee is deposited within time.

6. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview based on pre-interview marks.

7. Appointment will be governed under Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Medical & Teaching Institutions Reform Act, 2015 and rules amended from time to time.

8. Civil servants must apply through proper channel and provide NOC from parent department.

9. Selected civil servants must submit proof of accepted resignation within 90 days, failing which appointment shall be terminated.

10. Original documents must be produced at the time of interview.

11. No TA/DA will be admissible for test or interview.

12. The competent authority reserves the right to cancel any post.
