1. Assistant Professor

?? Qualification & Experience

Candidates must meet one of the following criteria:

Option 1:

  • PhD in the relevant field
  • First professional degree (minimum 4 years, First Division)
  • Experience: Minimum 6 years of teaching/research or professional experience in:
    • HEC-recognized university
    • Postgraduate institution
    • National or international organization

Option 2:

  • Foreign Master’s / MPhil (18 years education) or equivalent
  • Experience: Minimum 4 years of teaching/research or relevant professional experience

Option 3:

  • PhD in the relevant field (preferred/priority qualification)

2. Lecturer

Disciplines

  • Same or related disciplines as listed above

?? Qualification & Experience

  • First Class MS/MPhil (18 years education) in relevant field
  • First professional degree (minimum 4 years, First Division)

OR

  • Foreign Master’s / MPhil (18 years education)

For Law Discipline:

  • Option 1: Master’s Degree in Law
    • 5 years teaching or High Court practice experience
  • Option 2: Bachelor’s Degree in Law
    • 10 years teaching/practice experience in High Court
    • Must provide valid 5-year High Court license

3. Lecturer (Intermediate Level)

?? Qualification & Experience

Option 1:

  • Foreign Master’s / MPhil (18 years education)
  • Minimum 2 years teaching experience

OR

Option 2:

  • Master’s Degree (16 years education)
  • Minimum 3 years teaching experience
