VACANCY
DIRECTOR OPERATIONS LABORATORY & IMAGING SERVICES
Shalamar Institute of Health Sciences, encompassing Shalamar Hospital, Shalamar Medica and Dental College, Shalamar Nursing College, and Shalamar School of Allied Health Sciences, is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Director Operations Laboratory and Imaging Services.
Education:
- MBA or equivalent qualification from an HEC approved institute
Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in a senior managerial role in a reputed tertiary care hospital or laboratory diagnostic centers, preferably in a JC accredited institution
Skills:
- Strong managerial and administrative abilities
- Knowledge and skills in quality assurance with an in-depth understanding of diagnostic trends
- Operational role in ensuring effective delivery of diagnostic services to gain clinician and patient confidence
- Devising strategies for enhancing business of diagnostic services
