JOB OPPORTUNITIES

Shalamar Institute of Health Sciences (SIHS) is seeking qualified and dynamic professionals for various positions across its constituent units:

  • Shalamar Hospital (SH)

  • Shalamar Medical and Dental College (SMDC)

  • Shalamar Nursing College (SNC)

  • Shalamar School of Allied Health Sciences (SSAHS)

1. Manager Human Resources

Qualification:

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources or an equivalent recognized qualification.

Experience:

  • 5–7 years of relevant work experience in a managerial position, preferably in a well-reputed tertiary care teaching hospital.

Key Responsibilities & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships and communicate effectively at all organizational levels.

  • Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office applications.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

2. Deputy Manager / Assistant Manager – Housekeeping Services

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from an HEC-recognized university.

  • Certification in Hospitality/Management is preferred.

Experience:

  • 3–5 years or more of relevant experience in a managerial position in a teaching hospital or reputable organization.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.

  • Ability to manage housekeeping operations efficiently.

3. Shift In-Charge – Housekeeping Services (Female)

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a housekeeping training certificate from a reputable healthcare institution or an equivalent qualification.

Experience:

  • 1–3 years or more as a Housekeeping Shift In-Charge or Supervisor in a teaching hospital or reputable healthcare organization.

Skills:

  • Basic IT and communication skills.

  • Ability to supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff effectively.
