VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT – DIRECTOR NURSING SERVICES

Position: Director Nursing Services

Qualification & Experience Requirements

  • Educational Qualification:

    • Postgraduate Nurse with Master’s in Nursing or an equivalent degree from an HEC and PNC recognized university.

  • Experience:

    • Minimum 10 years of experience in senior nursing management in a tertiary care setup.

    • Proven leadership abilities to manage and guide nursing workforce.

    • Experience in formulating, educating, and training nursing personnel to implement SOPs for quality improvement in nursing services.

    • Demonstrated team management skills, professional interpersonal qualities, and ability to integrate latest clinical practices.

    • Knowledge and hands-on experience in JCIA-accredited hospitals locally or internationally is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic leadership to the nursing workforce.

  • Develop and implement SOPs to improve quality of nursing services.

  • Educate and train nursing personnel in line with current best practices.

  • Foster positive interpersonal relationships and team collaboration.

  • Integrate latest clinical and nursing principles into day-to-day practice.
