VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT

DIRECTOR MARKETING AND BRANDING

Pakistan's IT and ITeS sector is experiencing phenomenal growth in export revenues. The Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB), under the Ministry of Information Technology and Telecommunication, is the apex body responsible for:

  • Development and capacity building of the IT and IT-enabled Services (ITeS) sector in Pakistan.
  • Ensuring export growth and positioning Pakistan’s IT and ITeS industry globally.
  • Brand building to establish Pakistan as a leading IT destination.

To strengthen its team, PSEB is seeking a professional on a contractual basis for the position of Director Marketing and Branding.

Position Details

Reporting To:

Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) – Plays a critical role in shaping the overall industry image, positioning, and growth trajectory.

Work Location:

Islamabad (with occasional domestic and international travel).

Maximum Age:

50 years

Qualification & Experience

? Education:

  • Minimum 16 years of education in Branding, Marketing, Business Administration, Strategic Management, or a related field from an HEC-recognized university.

? Experience:

  • At least 10 years of post-qualification experience in branding and marketing, digital marketing, and campaign management.
  • Proven leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and manage teams.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the IT/Tech sector.

? Skills Required:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, CRM software, and social media platforms.
  • Familiarity with public relations and crisis management strategies.
