Our client, a major Energy Planning and Operations Organization, is responsible for ensuring reliable systems through integrated system planning, market operations, and system operations. The organization functions with professional independence, transparency, and stakeholder accountability, in alignment with international best practices for energy system and operations entities.
The organization seeks to appoint high-caliber, dynamic professionals with a strategic mindset to effectively lead its Human Resources and Administrative functions.
The Director HR / Admin will oversee the effective execution of Human Resources and Administrative operations, ensuring full alignment with organizational goals and strategic objectives.
Lead Talent Acquisition and Talent Management initiatives
Oversee Training & Development (T&D) programs
Manage Compensation & Benefits Administration
Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and regulatory requirements
Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a motivated, high-performing workforce
Oversee facilities management, fleet operations, and procurement processes
Ensure efficient administrative support for organizational operations
Integrate HR and administrative efforts to create a compliant, efficient, and dynamic workplace

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (4 years) or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Public Administration (HRM), or Human Resources
Degree must be from a local or international university recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan
Minimum 10 years of relevant post-qualification experience in public, private, or international organizations
Strong leadership, strategic planning, and stakeholder management skills
Maximum age limit: 45 years at the closing date of the advertisement
