Candidates having distinction at university level (not college) must attach authentic documentary proof.
Applications received after the due date, even if the fee is paid on time, will not be entertained.
Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview. Shortlisting may be done through:

Appointments shall be governed under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Medical & Teaching Institutions Reform Act, 2015, as amended from time to time.
If the closing date falls on an official holiday, the next working day shall be considered as the closing date.
Late or incomplete applications will be rejected.
The Scrutiny Committee may reject incomplete applications.
Aggrieved candidates may appeal to the competent forum of HMC, whose decision shall be final.
Experience marks will be awarded only for relevant post-qualification experience.
In case of a large number of applicants, a screening test may be conducted.
Screening test marks will not carry weightage and will only be used for shortlisting.
If at any stage a candidate is found ineligible, their candidature will be cancelled regardless of test qualification.
A candidate may be disqualified if he:
Has been convicted by a court of law
Was dismissed from public service
Furnishes false information
Suppresses material facts
Uses improper means to influence selection
Submits forged documents
Tampers with certificates
Misbehaves during interview
Original documents must be produced at the time of interview.
The appointment will be for one (01) year, extendable upon approval of the Board of Governors (BoGs), MTI-HMC, or as per applicable regulations.
The competent authority reserves the right to increase, decrease, or cancel the post.
No TA/DA will be admissible for test or interview.
