NGC invites applications from energetic, qualified, and competent professionals for the following contract-based positions.
Available Positions
1. Deputy Manager Audit – Quality Review and Follow-up
Grade: Equivalent to Grade 18
Number of Positions: 01
Educational Qualification
Applicants must possess one of the following qualifications:
- CA (Finalist) with completed articles and relevant professional experience, OR
- ACMA, ACCA, or equivalent professional accounting qualification.
Preferred Certifications
Additional certifications will be considered an advantage, including:
- CIA (Certified Internal Auditor)
- CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor)
- CFE (Certified Fraud Examiner)
- ISO Certifications related to:
- Enterprise Risk Management (ERM)
- Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC)
Experience Requirements
- CA Finalist: Minimum 4 years of post-qualification relevant experience.
- ACMA/ACCA: Minimum 6 years of post-qualification relevant experience.
- Experience in audit quality assurance, compliance reviews, internal controls, risk management, and audit follow-up activities will be preferred.
Age Limit
Maximum 38 years as of the closing date of advertisement.
2. Deputy Manager Audit – Capacity Building, Administration & Payment
Grade: Equivalent to Grade 18
Number of Positions: 01
Educational Qualification
Applicants must possess one of the following:
- CA (Finalist) with completed articles and relevant experience, OR
- ACMA, ACCA, or equivalent professional accounting qualification.
Preferred Certifications
Preference will be given to candidates possessing:
- CIA
- CISA
- CFE
- ISO Certifications related to ERM and GRC
Experience Requirements
- CA Finalist with 4 years of relevant post-qualification experience, OR
- ACMA/ACCA with 6 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
Age Limit
Maximum 38 years as of the closing date of advertisement.
Employment Terms
- Positions are offered on a contract basis.
- Initial contract period will be three years.
- Contract may be extended upon mutual agreement between the employee and the company.
- Selected candidates will receive a lump-sum salary package.
- These positions do not guarantee regularization in company service.
General Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must:
- Hold degrees recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan.
- Possess all required qualifications and experience before the closing date.
- Be willing to serve anywhere in Pakistan according to organizational requirements.
- Meet all age, qualification, and experience requirements specified for the position.
Not Eligible
The following candidates are not eligible:
- Applicants awaiting examination results.
- Individuals dismissed from service on disciplinary grounds.
- Candidates debarred from future employment by any organization.
- Applicants providing false, misleading, or incomplete information.
Selection Process

- Application forms and fee challans are available on the NTS portal.
Test Fee
- Candidates must deposit a non-refundable application processing fee of Rs. 650 as prescribed by NTS.

- CNIC
- Educational certificates
- HEC verification documents
- Experience certificates
- Professional registrations and memberships
- NOC from current employer (if employed in a government organization)
- Any other relevant supporting documents
Travel Allowance
- No TA/DA will be provided for tests or interviews.
Biometric Verification Requirement
Important Notice
All shortlisted candidates will undergo biometric attendance and verification before the written examination at NTS test centers.
Applicants must ensure that their fingerprints are updated in the NADRA database before the test date.
Failure to complete biometric verification may result in disqualification from appearing in the written examination.
